This website is an investor guide published by Gaia Real Estate Dholera. It describes how plotted land in Dholera SIR is usually checked and bought. It is not an offer, not a prospectus, and not a contract.

A plot is sold by its owner. Only a signed agreement and a registered sale deed create a sale. Rates on a cost sheet can change until you and the owner lock them. Distances, project news and zoning notes are approximate and can be overtaken by a government notification.

The Best Rates Guarantee applies to one plot, not to Dholera in general. If you show a written quote for the same scheme, the same final plot number and the same survey number, Gaia will match that rate or say that it cannot. A verbal price, a different plot, or a quote that hides stamp duty, registration, GST or development charges is outside the guarantee.
